Get out of the maps here
On the map where you get to the streets of Earth, where the pelican crashes.
Continue into the map where the two hunters burst into, keep going further into the map. After SGT Avery gets picked up in the pelican round that corner after him with all those damn jackles with snipes and shields. Go to the area in the back where the dead marine is, sniper is not necesarry. starts to scale through the levels of the broken building. If you do it correctly you can get on top
